We publish proceedings from academic conferences across disciplines, including computer science, engineering, humanities, social sciences, and interdisciplinary research. Conferences must demonstrate a peer review process and academic merit.

2. Does Axionis Press charge any publication fees?

No. Through our sponsorship initiative, we are publishing eligible conference proceedings free of cost until December 2025, subject to editorial evaluation and availability.

3. How can a conference apply for sponsorship?

Organizers must submit a proposal via our Proposal Submission Page. Details required include the scope, review process, conference dates, and target audience. Only qualified proposals are considered.

4. Does Axionis Press assign DOIs?

Yes. All published papers receive unique Digital Object Identifiers (DOIs) through our own DOI system, ensuring permanent accessibility and citability.

5. Is your content open access?

Yes. We are committed to open access publishing under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 License (CC BY 4.0). All proceedings are freely accessible to readers worldwide.

6. Are the published proceedings indexed?

Yes. Conference proceedings will be indexed in major scholarly databases.

7. Can proceedings be published after the conference is held?

Yes, we accept post-conference submissions if the peer review and editorial standards are verifiable. However, we recommend submitting the proposal before the event.

8. How long does the publication process take?

Once the final manuscripts and metadata are received and verified, publication usually takes 2–4 weeks, depending on the volume and completeness of the materials.

9. Can authors edit or update their papers after publication?

No. Papers are considered final after publication. In rare cases of errors or academic concerns, we follow COPE guidelines to issue corrections or retractions.

10. Do you support LaTeX submissions?

Yes. We accept both Microsoft Word and LaTeX manuscripts.

11. Is peer review mandatory for proceedings?

Absolutely. We only publish proceedings from conferences that conduct proper peer review or editorial screening. Review transparency is required in the proposal.

12. Can individual authors submit directly to Axionis Press?

Currently, we do not accept standalone submissions. Our platform is designed to publish curated proceedings of academic conferences.

13. How can I join your editorial or reviewer panel?

We welcome expressions of interest from experienced academics and researchers. Please send your CV and area of expertise to editorial@axionis.org.

14. What happens after my proposal is accepted?

After acceptance, our editorial team will coordinate with your organizing committee to finalize the timeline, submission format, copyright agreements, and quality checks.

15. Will authors receive certificates or acknowledgements?

Yes. Upon request, we can issue publication certificates to authors or organizing chairs. Organizers may also provide their own acknowledgments in the front matter of the proceedings.
