Axionis Press operates with a deep commitment to transparency, academic integrity, and legal compliance in all aspects of our publishing operations. As an academic publisher, we recognize our role in upholding the trust that authors, reviewers, readers, and institutional partners place in scholarly literature. Our policies are modeled on internationally recognized frameworks, including the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
We adhere to stringent ethical guidelines in publication, including the responsibilities of authorship, peer review, editorial decision-making, and conflict of interest disclosure. Any allegations of research misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, authorship disputes, or duplicate submission, are investigated in accordance with COPE's recommended procedures.
All stakeholders are expected to act with integrity, professionalism, and respect. Editors must ensure impartiality and confidentiality during the peer review process, while reviewers are required to provide unbiased and constructive feedback based on academic merit alone.
Axionis Press implements robust plagiarism screening for all submitted manuscripts using industry-leading detection tools. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for plagiarized content. Manuscripts with more than a minimal similarity index, or those lacking proper citation of reused content, are rejected or returned to authors for revision.
Authors retain copyright to their work and grant Axionis Press a non-exclusive right to publish, distribute, and archive their content. Our default license for proceedings and collections is the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows unrestricted reuse and distribution with proper attribution to the original authors.
Authors may also request alternative licensing models in accordance with their institutional policies or funder mandates. All licensing terms are clearly indicated on the article landing pages and metadata records.
Each publication is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) through our DOI services, and all metadata is submitted to indexing services to enhance discoverability. We are actively working toward inclusion in DOAJ, Scopus, and other major academic databases. Content is digitally archived to ensure long-term preservation and accessibility.
Axionis Press respects the privacy of all contributors and complies with international data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Personal data collected during submission, review, or communication processes is stored securely and used solely for editorial and administrative purposes. We do not sell or share user data with third parties.
We maintain a transparent policy for correcting the scholarly record. If post-publication errors or ethical violations are identified, we will issue corrections, expressions of concern, or formal retractions as appropriate, clearly marked and indexed to ensure clarity and accountability.
By submitting to Axionis Press, publishers and authors agree to abide by our submission, review (if applicable), and publication guidelines. Organizers, institutions, and editors also commit to maintaining the integrity and academic credibility of their conference proceedings under our brand. Failure to adhere to these responsibilities may result in rejection, suspension, or delisting of publications.
